Annual Minor Waivers
Every Minor (under 18 in our states) must have their parents execute a minor waiver. At an event, just one parent is required if the minor is not competing or working in a hot area. Both are required if the minor is competing or working.
You may obtain an annual Minor Waiver by filling out the form thusly:
In the space for Event, please put: All Cincinnati Region Solo Events
In the space for Dates, please put: All of 2008

If you cannot print the waiver in color, they can be obtained at any Cincinnati Region Solo event.
